NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM

We are in the process of having a new computer system installed. This will not be completed until Monday 16th June.

What Does This Mean for You, The Patient?

DURING THE CHANGEOVER OUR ROUTINE SERVICE WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCDED

APPOINTMENTS

NO BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN FOR ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS BETWEEN THE 5TH MAY AND THE 16TH JUNE 2025.

HOWEVER IF YOU REQUIRE URGENT TREATMENT THIS WILL BE DEALT WITH AS BEFORE.

PRESCRIPTIONS

WHEN POSSIBLE WE WILL ISSUE A DOUBLE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION TO ALLOW FOR THE CHANGEOVER.

TEST RESULTS

THE DOCTOR WILL CONTACT YOU IF REQUIRED DURING THIS PERIOD.

WE ARE HOPEFUL THAT THIS WILL BE A SMOOTH TRANSITION AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND CO-OPERATION AT THIS TIME

Appointments may not always be with a GP and may be with a member of our enhanced team including Mental Health Worker, Physio, Pharmacist or Social Worker. Please note that if the enhanced team feel you need to see a GP they will arrange that directly and you will not need to call back.

If you feel that the Physio, Mental Health Worker, Pharmacist or Social Worker can help you please feel free to book an appointment directly with them.

The Treatment Room no longer requires pre booked appointments - please feel free to call in at a time that suits you once instructed to do so by the practice.
